Issue with getting grades

Hi everyone,

I’m a grad student in an online 12 week program. I’m only in my third term but so far I’ve run into an issue.

I have yet to receive a grade for my final project from my second term which ended in August. I’ve reached out to the professor multiple times and he keeps giving me the same line, lie, that he’ll get to it next week.

Who should I contact about receiving my grade and feedback for the assignment? How do I do that without stepping on any toes and getting a bad reputation in the department?

Any advice would be welcome.
