What's the dumbest reason you've seen someone get a NAM?

Two cooks in my (reserve) unit got nominated for NAMs because they stayed up late and came in early to prepare chow (AKA their job) and it made me wonder what other stupid shit people get nominated for.

Wasn't approved but still. What other dumb shit gets people NAMs?
