Location Issues with Streaming Audio Subject to Blackout

I often stream baseball games that are blacked out outside of my local market. Ever since switching to US Mobile, I often get a message that I am outside the local market so I cannot listen to the stream. Location services is properly reporting my location. So the streaming app must be using my IP address or something similar to determine my location. How can I fix this so I fan continue to stream baseball games while I am in my local market?
