Actually Random Panel Day 4

Been a bit cause I didn't feel like it, but that other guy egged me on, so here we go. Rolled chapter 347 out of 539, page 10 out of 17, and panel 2 out of 3. That bottom gutter was at an angle, so a bit of it is angled in. This was right in the middle of some Lalo panels, so shame we didn't roll those, but these are two referees discussing how Lalo ascended to being in the Normal class, above Baku's current Citizen class. It was interesting to see how Lalo was both a step ahead of Baku in some ways, yet also a step behind in others. A step to the side, if you would. Both going for the same goal, just taking different routes.
