I feel like Im going crazy

Did anyone else notice Cuomo just...not being able to speak for a hot minute? When he responded to the question about who he would rank second he just...comes in with an irish accent that seems to switch on and off until he goes "excuse me" later. He sounded drunk, full on mush-mouth throughout and afterwards.

Didnt see many comments on it barring a few from the live chat. Wtf was that? He sounded like his meds wore off or something and he couldnt focus anymore, like a legit sundowning moment.
