Regarding dev server Relikt buff

During this dev server, there was a few changes to the Relikt ERA properties. I'd like to clarify this change, from my experience browsing forums and medias such as this one, there was a few misconceptions of the datamines and changelogs. In this post, I'll explain what exactly changed and what it actually effects.

* T-80BVM: * hull side Relikt: armour modifier against long-rod APFSDS: 80 -> 50% * turret roof Relikt: armour modifier against long-rod APFSDS: 300 -> 125% * hull inner Relikt: * max effective thickness against CE: 500 -> 600 mm * armour modifier against KE: 170 -> 225% * armour modifier against CE: 775 -> 900% * BMPT, BMPT-72, T-90M: hull inner Relikt: * max effective thickness against CE: 500 -> 600 mm * armour modifier against KE: 170 -> 225% * armour modifier against CE: 775 -> 900%

T-80BVM "hull inner Relikt" refers to these modules:

T-90M and BMPT(-72) has similar properties & placement.

The "armorThickness" for these modules is 25mm.

As such, the thickness of these modules are the following:

|Type|Old|New|Difference| |:-|:-|:-|:-| |Kinetic|42.5mm|56.25mm|\+13.75mm| |Chemical|193.75mm|225mm|\+31.25mm|

In my own opinion, these values are not that different. While some remain doubtful these are realistic, I believe it is not worth bringing out your torches and pitchforks over.

There was some nerfs made to the T-80BVM Relikt ERA blocks on the turret and side, but these are for M829A3 type round, and these wasn't much of an issue anyway.

In the update [2.57.0.19](https://gist.github.com/gszabi99/ccd92b554b3032a21273b1c13b452fa3#file-2-57-0-19-md), Gaijin has added new stock rounds to US, UK, Germany, Russia, China, Sweden. As such, I think its easier to penetrate the side armor of these tanks now.
