What are "Mystical Containers" (Мистический контейнер)?

In short, played too loose with account security, got notified of some chump in Russia trying to run up almost $300 worth of what the emails from wargamming called "Мистический контейнер", which google translate said was "Mystical Containers", in groups of 50 and 5, for $59.99. Good news, got everything refunded, bolstered security, got unbanned from the charge-back. I can't find what these things are, or for what game they're for. I think I saw something that they're from a scam made to look like WG, but the charges were to actual Wargamming and my actual account got banned for it.

Any insights into what this might be? I included the actual Cyrillic from the email in case google translate was giving an inaccurate translation.
