Undervolted 3080 Trinity with custom fan curve hits 86 degrees in Cyberpunk

Just wanted to let everyone know that Cyberpunk is poorly optimized and it is making by 3080 cry. I have an undervolt at 1760 at 850 mHz with a custom fan curve that never goes above 60 percent to keep things quiet and cool. Horizon: Zero Dawn never goes above 65 degrees in 4k on this setting. I tried Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K ultra, with RT Ultra and DLSS at Auto in the city and I hit a max temp of 86 degrees while only getting 44-50 fps max.

I went into Afterburner and defaulted the settings back to stock and set a much more aggressive fan curve to 75 percent speed max. It is now hitting around 78 degrees while I hover around 55-63 fps per second. It is louder now but I have headphones, so I'll take the noise if it means that the card is cooler and frames are higher. This game makes the graphics card run at 100% all the time, it might be a new stress test. lol.
