I have come to terms with the fact that I will be like this forever.

Maybe forever is a strong word, so perhaps I would say "a long long time" instead. Maybe it is not a bad thing after all. Being unable to feel pleasure means I no longer chase after things or experience. I just exist, do what is deem necessary. The only problem I have is the lack of motivation makes it really, really, really difficult to work on my business. It's the third time I have sat down and got up from my work desk after blanking out.
