Do people actually have post-nut clarity?

Before I had ED to now where I’ve finally been able to solve it I always see memes that are like “man after they rub one out” and it’s always like a depressive and sad looking character. But now and before I had ED I never had post-nut clarity. Is it just like a meme that doesn’t actually happen but we all talk about it or is it a real thing?
