I can’t find anyone to help with retainer troubles I need answers

I have a hawley retainer. It fitted fine for almost five years now and everything was alright but now the wire is almost sideways slipping on my teeth and feel tight. My usual smile now has one side almost touching my gums on the right and on the left it looks fine. The entire retainer is still fine but I’ve called multiple places to see a replacement or repair and none work. My old place is back where I moved from but at this point I don’t know what to do because it feels so tight at night (touches my teeth) and I definitely feel my teeth moving but I’m not sure if it’s because I just don’t wear it long enough now and they shifted or if the retainer is misaligned. I just want to know my teeth are fine and this is eating me up. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
