Topps Still Processing Order?

I have an order for Topps Bob Ross that still shows processing even though it seems many folks already have theirs. It does say shipping by today so not totally out of the window yet but Topps has always been on top of shipping new releases

Has anyone run into this with previous releases? Does it eventually sort it out, is my order doomed or do I need to reach out to get it sorted?
