So, why has PA has decided to make evasion builds completely irrelevant in all of the new high end content?

Basically everything that's been released since syca dungeon/gyfin, evasion just straight up does nothing. I'm 420 DP evasion build and even with my classes evasion buffs and addons running, i never see a miss indicator at any of the new spots except hexe where i see one on like 1/100~ attacks. The dungeons have 100% accuracy on me no matter what so I basically have the defensive stats of a 350DP DR player.
