Faction balance in TBC

I know based on private servers we have a good idea that faction balance is going to heavily skew towards horde but given that they're progressing the current servers and these aren't fresh servers, plus the paladin change, I am wondering if the balance will really be that impactful? Really just thinking about BG queue times.

I have horde and alliance toons and I am trying to decide which faction to tell my friends to prepare, we all tend to prefer horde more but not if its going to be 40-60 or some insanely bad ratio.

Have there been any large faction polls done?
