Putting a project you completed though a tutorial on resume?

I completed a web app via tutorial/online course and I was wondering what the proper etiquette was when including it in a resumse.

Can I just simply say I made it/completed it? Do I have to credit the course since it is technically not my code? Can I list it under personal projects or should it have its own special section?
