What the hell can I do with Furtive Chase that I can't do better with other perks like Silent Shadow?

The haste and additional 5 seconds haven't felt as impactful to me as being undetectable in the egc patrolling gates for the 4k has felt. What build am I able to prop this perk up with that can't just be outclassed?

Nemesis+Furtive Chase is just "One For The Price Of Two" Scourge Hook: Floods Of Rage. I can stick on Jagged compass if I'm worried about not reaching it, since that combo makes it ALWAYS trigger the aura reading, even on formerly normal hooks. Thats not even a bug, I checked the forums.

Nemesis is even better with Celestial Witness instesd, cuz it helps find someone out in the wild rather than at the hook you already know someone is cuz you fucking heard it. Even the obsession swapping to apply Nemesises Oblivious is outclassed by both Celestial Witness and Friends Til The End.

What the hell do I do with this perk? Wait for another meta shakeup?
