My brother has Lewy Body D.

And he lives with his wife of 43 years and it isn't his MEMORY as much as his DELUSIONS and PARANOIA. I don't know what to say other than "I am here to hear you and listen to you".

He is absolutely convinced his wife goes out "on the town" hooking up with random men when she isn't caring for him. And he'll say "I know I sound crazy, I know it sounds unbelievable, BUT IT IS TRUE. And she is just waiting to leave me to dump me, leaving me penniless and homeless. That's her plan. And she is trying to poison me with so called "medications".

Anyone else deal with these wild delusions? I don't argue with him, and I know better than tell him she loves him, but he thinks she is either trying to kill him or trying to torture him or going to leave him on a street corner.

And what makes it harder is that she will admit she gets frustrated at times and will yell at him. Because this awful disease is horrible for everyone.
