Best espresso machine to buy for a first timer?

Hello everyone,

Before I start, I want to preface this by saying that I am not an espresso expert at all and this will be my FIRST machine to buy.

The things I’m looking for are the following:

1) Easy/Convenience

2) Has own grinder in the machine

3) Price

4) Something that will last a while

In my limited research, I came across three potential machines that are within my budget (in no particular order):

1) De’Longhi La Specialista Arte Evo EC9255M

2) Breville Barista Express BES870XL

3) Philips 3200 Series

Out of the three, which one is the best in my case? If there is anything else, please suggest it! Thank you very much in advance.
