22 kW Charger for 240 VAC single-phase

Apologies if already discussed. I just ran across this charger on Amazon that works on the 240 VAC single-phase in North American homes, albeit with 100 A supply current (big wire, probably from Main Breaker Panel). Earlier replies were "3-phase required", which is special wiring for U.S. homes, though common in some Euro countries. As always read reviews. Not for me, I was just interested.

Strange that the ad doesn't promote that it uses single-phase, and also confused about units of energy and power. It also seems to be "22 kW Class", but actually 19 kW max based on max 80 A output current. Taking a cue from flat-panel TV's that state size as a "Class" but are usually the min end of that size class? Can choose different 240 VAC supply plugs, but seems not-prudent to rely on a plug for 80 A draw (one even rated thus?), so I suggest hard-wiring the input cable.
