Trying to make a baseball schedule that doesn't over lap

I am trying to make a schedule for baseball teams, I need them to be as equal as possible (i,e, times, days played, games played) I have no idea if this is even possible with so many different teams and age groups, I am hoping for some awesome formula as my VBA is rusty but I have about 8 months before I need this completed.
