100% HQ macro for Black Truffle Risotto?

Now that we overgear old recipes, I really want to make use of my CUL so I'm leveling it to 60 hoping to make it as easy as posible. Does anyone have a macro for 100% HQing these two star recipes? What craft/control/CP do I need minimum? The cheaper I can be on my gear, the better.
