Trapped in uniform

Somehow the zipper of my overalls has absolutely choked itself on my T-shirt without me even trying to open it(I left it partially unzipped to help with heat) I cannot budge it in either direction and since the overalls are company property I can't really just Hulk burst my way out.

Edit: managed to wear a hole through both layers of (really thin) fabric caught in the zipper, and then tore one side of the band stick across the top of the zipper and pulled the tongue our the other side. T-shirt is garbage, and I probably shouldn't wear this material under this uniform again.
