Gigabyte laptop a16 i7-13620H rtx 5070 performance issues

Hey, I got a Gigabyte A16 with the RTX 5070 (85W TGP) with an i7-13620Hand I'm only getting around 80fps at High settings (not even Extreme/Ultra) in Forza Horizon 6, with 2x frame gen on so my actual base render rate is more like 40fps. Yes I know it's the 85W laptop variant not desktop, but I've seen other people with the same laptop (Gigabyte A16, RTX 5070) running Ultra/Extreme settings and getting around the same fps I'm getting on High, which feels off. I've already made sure the MUX switch is set to gpu, confirmed in Task Manager the 5070 is actually being used and not the iGPU, and set Nvidia App power settings to max performance with BatteryBoost off. Driver is 610.88, clean installed via DDU (had issues while installing the driver first time so i had to whipe my laptop smoove of any remaining broken files ) . Anyone else running this laptop/GPU seeing similar low fps in FH6 right now, or know if this is just an unoptimized launch build issue? I should be getting more out of this GPU. I am Planning to get a 16gb stick for christmas wich will help alot. other then that the laptop runs great and the windows experience is snappy
