How can I better emulate this virtual tone?

I'm pretty new to tone design and need some advice. I'm trying to improve my guitar tone for live shows, and I have a virtual tone I've made that I dig a lot - I'm not sure how to recreate it with actual hardware though. I've gotten somewhat close with an Op-Amp Big Muff into a 3rd Dimension Chorus: but it doesn't have the same richness or dynamics. Finger-muted harmonics sound like ass too.

Both of these are played with the same guitar set the same way, by me. Tone and some inconsistencies in my playing should be the only differences.
