Supermarket Butchers here are terrible

I dont know what it is about this city, but I cant find a good butcher for the life of me. Other than costco, theyre all atrocious.

The worst is superstore on Barrington, where theyll take a beautiful. T bone steak and slice it so thin they might as well be deli meat. Then they have the gall to label them “fast fry.” As though its an intentional choice.

Anyone know of a good supermarket that does good steaks?

EDIT: For more context, I have literally worked in the Meat Department at Sobeys and I would've gotten shit for cutting steaks that thin. This is coming from a place of disbelief that almost all the supermarkets on the peninsula are terrible butchers.
