Complete New House build with no wired switches - feasible or too brave

See old post from brave guy from Australia.

What do you think - is that feasible going forward?

My plan would be (new house in Europe) -240v from switchboard to lights. Lights grouped on one safety relay in some logic manner - eg all lights in living room on one safety relay in switch board.

-all lights with smart bulbs eg HUE

-zigbee switches on walls. Glued up type eg Xiaomi. Ikea and HUE are also possible but Xiaomi is some of best looking ones.

-presence Sensors in bathrooms, wardrobe etc

-everything connected to HA. Logic eg which lights turns on/off by particular switch fully handled by HA.
