Posthumous Hello Jack by Peter Straub?

For about ten years before he passed away, Peter Straub was working on an epic novel that was partially about Jack the Ripper.

I was always checking Google for any updates on the novel. Now that Peter Straub has passed away (RIP) I am still checking for updates on Hello Jack, hoping that it will be announced that it will be published posthumously.

I would love to see one more epic Peter Straub horror novel on the shelf. A final great capstone to a legendary career and bibliography.

Peter Straub was working on Hello Jack for around ten years so there's a very good chance that a final draft was almost done.

If it isn't finished, maybe Emma Straub or a horror author could finish it. And if it isn't finished, after ten years, I would assume that it's very close to being finished.

Anybody else hoping Hello Jack gets published posthumously? If another author has to finish it, who would be your pick? Or would you rather they left Peter Straub's manuscript unfinished for a library collection? Or maybe publish it unfinished?
