GotR vs. Kourend Blood Runes

So I am sitting at 80 RC and have got the full outfit set + needle from GotR. I'll need 85 RC to create the pouch. What are people's recommendations? Stay at GotR, or move on to Blood Runes?

I know GotR is great for a diversity of runes, but are Bloods faster? More afk? I'd like to know opinions on this. Thanks.
