Early Game UIM

This is a question for my seasoned UIM's.

Ive been playing my UIM for about 3 months now, having a blast, Current achievements so far are:

70 agility 70 thieving Oak Wardobe and Armour Case in my POH Built my first Skiff Currently doing GOTR to get my ring of the elements and enough runes to do MTA for my Rune Pouch,

Next steps are going to be going for the Colossal blade at GF for afk Gemcrab combat XP

my question is - I want to progress now through quests to MM1 to be able to start farming scurrius for big GP gains to max my house ASAP and then move onto void armour and then start with more advanced quests.

Am I on a good path here, I am choosing to skip wintertodt altogether until I have higher stats.

I wanna know if Birdhouses are the best way to train hunter and what advice have you got regarding tree runs as farming seems very daunting. So my idea of a loop from here would be to gemcrab and then run my BH's and trees between crabs.

Should I do this, or are there other options I could take?

Just need some guidance, not looking for the most efficient route, just want to know if I'm missing anything important that needs doing before I start really knuckling down into questing for the cape.
