Nocturne (Interlube) Accompaniment?

The pattern sounds very familiar, like Chopin, but I was unable to find similar matches, anyone know what the pattern is called or similar classical piece this is based on? I don't feel it's Nocturne in E-flat major, Op. 9, No. 2. Thanks in advance.
