Lethal tempo is very hard to use consciously and that's why PTA with 100% uptime and supporting team's damage is outclassing it even on autoattack-based marksmen

> Damaging an enemy champion begins a 1.5 second timer. Upon completion, you gain 30% - 80% (based on level) attack speed as well as removing the attack speed cap for 3 seconds. Attacking a champion while the effect is active will extend the duration to 6 seconds.

> Cooldown: 10 seconds

Here is the problem:

1. Marksmen nearly always trade single autoattacks on each other in the laning phase. That already procs lethal tempo, everyone can see the animation, after 3 seconds of not hitting anyone the all-in is nearly free since you don't have a keystone for 7 more seconds and you can do A LOT in 7 seconds.

2. **Abilities also proc lethal tempo.** You press a Q on Xayah and you already put your keystone on cooldown if you hit anyone with it.

3. PTA has 100% uptime. Everytime one of the AD-s have lethal tempo on cooldown the opposing PTA AD can trade a lot harder. Not speaking about teamfights where PTA AD-s buff their whole team's damage not only theirs.

What I think about it:

I think lethal tempo having cooldown is fine, else it would be broken on certain champions like Jinx or Kog, however I don't think abilities should proc it, only autoattacks.

PTA shouldn't really be a marksmen tool, giving more damage for allies is a support-oriented thing and should be shifted to an other tree. We really want adc-s to hit everyone 3 times 1 by 1 to support their team's damage? This is huge, frontline can feel it, backline can feel it, in coordinated play it is even scarier. I'm very confused about this keystone, really.

Sidenote: Fleet Footwork is a joke compared to these 2.
