Daily rate for general labourer (helping to remove 50sq mtr floor)

Evening,

I’m wanting to take on a diy house project with some fairly heavy lifting involved (Ealing Z3)

Thinking about hiring a couple of people to help on a hourly / day rate to get the floor up and in a skip.

Am thinking to offer £20ph.

Any guidance appreciated.
