Is the R228 MRS Just Kinda... Disappointing?

Self-explanatory. Bought the MRS- literally supposed to be the TCR's bleeding-edge assault rifle- on the black market and handed it to Lim. I figured it should shred, especially with AP rounds. Then, after fighting the [REDACTED], I just... was underwhelmed. It wasn't BAD, per se, but for the cost I'm paying to field this bad boy, it should SHRED bitches. Like, why is this gun, which is clearly meant to be the apex predator of the assault rifle category, seemingly performing worse for me than the spec ops K-PAC? Hell, the K-PAC has a goddamn accuracy bonus for the sight it has- did I hallucinate the damned holographic sight on that MRS? I feel like the TCR's premier combat rifle should get some improvements sooner or later- or, at the very least, give us some variants like the other rifles do, so I can find an even better version.
