Anyone else not getting reliable provision calls from para-medic?

I’ve noticed that it’s very inconsistent to get animal/plant info calls from paramedic unless you kill/store the specimen? Sometimes she will, mostly she won’t.

This wasn’t a thing at all in the og mgs3. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
