Are those what I think they are? And also wtf is wrong with my plant?

First grow, Day 45 flower. Noticed just a few of these, what I fear are pollen sacs, on one of four plants and just in this spot. Plants also getting these red spots and spreading quickly and already on the sugar leaves. Need another 10-14 days at least. Will I make it?

Deets: Wedding Cake (Barney’s) 5g happy frog. FF trio nutes. Calmag twice. Water is 6.1-6.5. Climate has been steady 40% and 77/67 temps. Did get down to 63 a couple nights. I think I nute burned early and had pH a lil high at 6.9 for feedings. Reading everything I can but at a loss for what to do from here. I think one mistake I made was not filling pots enough and added soil after veg. Should I flush?
