When would you put this baby into flower

I have one plant that I'm not sure if I should put into flower or not. I was wondering if waiting two weeks or so would help a lot because adding all the extra bud sites or if its good enough already. I guess it all comes down to everyone's opinions but id like to get a good yield for my first indoor tent harvest. I'm using a 600 watt led in a 25 gallon pot with happy frog soil, and I can move the light up a lot more because the tents 7'.
