Question about Field of Ruin

So, the way I'm reading it, after the nonbasic land is destroyed, EVERY player gets to search for a basic land. I will say that, logically, yes, it should only be the two players involved in the interaction, but that's not what the card says. It says EACH PLAYER searches they library, not each player involved in the interaction
