Thoughts on Spencer for a girl

Hi namenerds,

I'm using a throwaway (and reposting because I failed to switch accounts the first time I posted!) because I have family that know my username and I don't want to announce the baby's name until she arrives!

I'm 28 weeks along now and my wife and I have spent a lot of time going back and forth on names. We both love Zoe but it's gotten more popular than we're comfortable with. So we went back and forth some more. When she suggested Spencer it just kind of stuck. I like that it's not a super girly name but is Spencer too far in the boy name camp to use for a girl? My brother and his wife have a 2 year old daughter named Parker and even though it's usually a boy name, it suits her well. This has made me less hesitant to go with Spencer, I think.

We're thinking about giving her a more feminine middle name but I do not like really traditional names (think Rose, Catherine, Mary, Jane, etc.). Do you think that Spencer paired with a more feminine mn would balance it out well?

Her last name will be 3 syllables, and sound almost like spatula (but it doesn't actually start with "sp"; no alliteration here!)

Thanks!
