json-kit.nvim: extract JSON from logs, decode JWTs, and copy JSONPaths

Hi,

I extracted some JSON utilities from my Neovim config into a small plugin and just released json-kit.nvim v0.1.0.

The demo shows:

* Extracting JSON from a prefixed log line into a formatted split. * Sorting object keys recursively. * Copying the JSONPath under the cursor, e.g. $.users\[1\].name. * Inspecting a JWT's header, claims, and expiration locally.

It also supports in-place formatting, pretty/minify toggling, validation with structural stats, and line ranges.

JSONPath lookup works without Tree-sitter.

Requires Neovim 0.10+ and jq. JWT inspection only decodes the token; it does not verify the signature.
