Ubiquiti switches constantly frying

Having an interesting issue with an IDF at my work. We have replaced 3 Ubiquiti POE switches over the last 2 weeks because the switch will go offline and all of the ethernet ports/fiber uplink port will stop working completely. Factory resets do nothing and the switch is also connected to a UPS. Just to be safe, I also replaced the UPS before installing the last switch and also had an electrician check the power to the outlet. Still, after a day we had the switch go down and need to replace it again. The switch is connected to a patch panel that connects to 8 APs. Has anyone seen or heard of this before? I am losing my mind.
