Honking in the CBD

I work just near Hunter St mall and the last week or so I’ve noticed some incessant honking that comes and goes throughout the day. It sounds like it’s the same car every time, is anybody else around here hearing it? Any idea who/what it is?

Definitely not the boat foghorns, before anyone suggests that :p it’s a somewhat high pitched horn
