Jim Harbaugh is making a case for being one of the worst head coaches in Chargers history

* First Chargers coach to start 0-6 since Mike Riley in 2000. * Zero playoff wins, two embarrassing playoff exits, and a combined 15 points scored. Neither game was competitive. * Three consecutive offseasons of neglecting the IOL and failing to surround Herbert with legitimate weapons, despite having significant influence over personnel decisions. Not to mention the $100M in cap space that was pissed away. * Herbert has regressed significantly, leads the league in INTs and looking like a shell of his former self. Yes, some of this is on Herbert, but just look at the supporting cast (or lack thereof) they surrounded him with. * Hired McDaniel to run an entirely new, complex offense, then limited offseason practice reps. * Took a softer approach to offseason practices to limit injuries, yet the team looks unprepared and is still dealing with injuries. * Barely played starters in the preseason, despite implementing a new offensive system that is notoriously complex. * Promised to make Herbert a future HOFer, build an OL that would be the "tip of the spear," and compete for championships. Has not delivered on any of those promises. * Paid $100M to stand on the sideline while the same problems persist year after year.
