Manhattan is about to get flooded with Ubers

The DOT is about to allow rideshares and taxis to begin parking in commercial spaces in Manhattan. This will flood Manhattan with more cars. If you drive, bike, or even cross the street in Manhattan you are going to have many more bad drivers, blind corners, and double parked cars to contend with.

The issue is rideshares and taxis not having enough places to stop and rest, but the city is about to give them the spaces used for deliveries and commercial parking instead of providing relief zones in the periphery of Manhattan. The streets are about to get much more chaotic.
