When will NYC be the same NYC it was?

I've been a nervous wreck since lockdown. When will my be back to normal again? U know.. with tourists and street fairs and lines to levain bakery. Eating at a diner. Crowds at Chelsea Market. When I go out to get groceries it feels like NYC 90s alot of homeless on the streets.
