Bitrate for recording an app with editing/ motion graphics in mind.

Need to capture an app demo with editing and some post motion graphics in mind. I will have both a 4k and 5k monitor onsite. Anyone willing to give me a sanity check on these settings? It's been about year since I've worked with OBS...
