Order Clerics, Enspelled Items, and War Caster

With the changes to opportunity attacks, your allies now provoke them when leaving your reach.

This already has some unique benefits with War Caster, as you can buff allies who run past you. But becomes even better when you add the Order Cleric and Enspelled items to the combo.

Now, when an ally runs past you, you can buff them with a spell, and they will be able to use their reaction to make an attack of their own.

And if you add enspelled items to this, you can use your Action or Bonus Action cast another buff spell, allowing a second ally to use their reaction to make an attack. Low level buff spells such as Bless, Cure Wounds, and Healing Word only require an uncommon enspelled item. Note: you must use a spell slot to trigger Voice of Authority, but you can use an enspelled item for the War Caster reaction.

With this combo, an Order cleric can quickly buff the party, while granting numerous free attacks each combat.
