Stress readings in a steam room

Like many of you, I really value my Oura ring and, whilst it isn’t perfect, it’s a grade guide to my general health and wellbeing.

However, when I go into a steam room and/or sauna it thinks I’m having some mad sort of anxiety attack. It thinks I’m stressed to the gills when it’s actually just my body reacting to the external stimulus of the heat.

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this? I don’t like taking it off as there’s grills that it could fall through on the floor.

u/Donatoura - any input? Are there are firmware or software updates that are looking to address/resolve this? My stress readings are basically useless due to these false readings.
