Help with water cooled GPU box

I am trying to put together a water-cooled GPU box for processing science stuff, but I'm having trouble figuring out what size of case I need, and how much cooling to put in. Most of what I've found online is 4 years old, and doesn't deal with 4-card systems. I need the following:

* 4 GPUs (probably 1080TI) - water cooled * Intel CPU - also water cooled * 10 Gbit NIC w/ 2 ports * 8 TB storage (HD RAID) * 2 TB SSD for scratch space

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
