How do we improve Stump the Fans?

Again...and this time caught by the broadcast team, Stump the Fans had the wrong answer.

The obvious answer is write to the team - but what's the most effective way we, the Phans, can right this ship? It's embarrassing how often they've had the answer wrong or incomplete, at the very least once a week. But there's got to be a way, right?
