Early Voting starts TODAY! (April 24, 2017)

Hey everyone, missing the election on May 6th? No problem! Early voting starts today.

Here's a link to the early voting locations:

https://www.plano.gov/DocumentCenter/Home/View/23846

For those of you that don't want to click the pdf, here are the locations in Plano:

Parr Library Haggard Library Harrington Library Carpenter Rec Center PISD Admin Center Collin College - Spring Creek Campus

Early voting timings are from 8 am to 5 pm, but for those of us that work, on April 27, May 1, and May 2 the polls close at 7 pm!

If you're a registered voter (and if you voted in 2016 Election, you are! Nothing special is required to vote in a local election), all you need is your driver's license.

It just takes 10 minutes! [Plano has some of the lowest local voter turnout in the country](http://starlocalmedia.com/planocourier/officials-expect-low-turnout-for-upcoming-local-election/article_93eb771e-1a4c-11e7-85db-bb2e861b9231.html). We need to go vote!

If everyone subscribed to this small subreddit voted, we could vote in a Reddit slate. Legislation by upvote!

If you're confused about any of the candidates, issues, etc. (though I feel like all the big issues have been discussed), feel free to post in the comments. We have several posters on both sides of all the big issues that are happy to help.
